Pineapple Express. Story of my LIFE!! If you haven't seen this movie, you really need to go see it. Okay wait, scratch that. If you DON'T like stoner movies, then don't go see it because you'll probably just waste your time babbling on how stupid it is because you can't relate. But seriously, that shit was way too funny. Mark wouldn't stop laughing. It got to the point where he couldn't stop slapping my knee, and people started staring. I started getting all embarrassed (AHAHA). But James Franco's performance was freakin' amazing (it makes him even sexier ;D ) I mean, so many people were posting bulletins on myspace saying how hilarious the movie is, and they're not exaggerating. Usually I get tired of a lot of dumb stoner movies, but this one is definitely going to be a classic. Too many funny quotes, and I even got too tired to keep laughing. Goooooood stuff.
So I know for sure I have the weekend of August 29-30th off! I'm excited because that's our trip to San Diego (: We are going to Sea World on Friday then to my cousin's wedding on Saturday. I am REALLY going to be broke this month. I asked my dad if we could use our timeshare, but he said it's kinda too late since it's summer and pretty sure someone's using it. I asked for a switched location, but he said we had to do it in a couple month's advance. So we a booked a room at a cheap ass hotel but whatever, saves us money, shoot. I don't really care about staying a nice place because it's not like we're staying there for long anyways. So Disneyland and Seaworld are officially off my "To Do" list. Now I really need someone to go with me to the Desert Hills Outlets because I REALLY WANNA FREAKIN' GO SHOPPING. Plus, I have to buy Mark and my dad their birthday presents. Their birthdays WOULD be in the same freakin' month. There goes my paycheck!
I went to Sunglass Hut a couple weeks ago. There are 2 DG sunglasses that I really like. Tempting...verrrrrry tempting...
Bonnie is doing somewhat alright. Her eyes seem to be healing really well, but for some reason she chokes / gags every time she wakes up or gets too excited. She doesn't throw up or anything, but it's like she's dying or something. I'm really worried :( She has her check-up tomorrow in the valley, so I hope everything is okay with her. Idk if it's some kinda allergic reaction to what they used in surgery or if she has a sore throat or if something is stuck. Hopefully not. Everything else is normal. She eats fine, drinks water, sleeps, plays. We'll see what the vet has to say tomorrow. I wonder when she'll be going home. It's hard for me to decide because her eyes are still healing, and it is like 100 degrees over in Palmdale. Not to mention the gusting winds over there. It's horrible. I am seriously going to miss her. She always wakes me and Mark up with her kisses. And every time I have to put the E-cone on her, I go, "Put your head in, Bonnie" and she puts her head into it herself :P How funny. And when Mark throws up his arms and says, "Gimme a hug!" she'll jump on him and put her arms on his shoulder. It's like she's human. She's so smart. She listens. And like I said, she doesn't stink up the room by peeing inside (lol, Margaux). I always hate dropping my dogs back at home :( I wanna keep her at work, but I also want her to spend time with Chumbah, Cinnamon, Lucky, and Margaux. I'm sure she misses them. She has lots of space to play over there.
My diet is actually making me feel awesome. It's hard watching Mark eat all the good food in front of my face (even a Marie's Callender tv dinner looks tempting to me), but I get passed it. I cheated last night and had some Hakata Ramen. I can't say NO to that place, plus I didn't eat as much as I would. I've learned to control myself. So it's been 2 months and I've lost 20 pounds. It's a BIG difference. I feel like I'm back in senior year...now I gotta get back to the ME in freshman year and LOWER. I can't wait :) Once I reach my goal, Mark's giving me $1,000. Yup. No joke. I am going to SHOP TIL I DROP. And then once I reach my goal, I have two tattoos that I am dying to get. My dad's portrait is one because I definitely want to keep a memory of my amazing father with me always. The 2nd one I want is a HUGE peacock w/ roses on my back. Yup. I'm down for the big tats. I know I'm going to probably regret it in the moment of going through all that pain, but I seriously have been wanting a peacock tattoo for a long time. The peacock has so many different symbolisms in all kinds of religions, such as beauty, mercy, immortality, openness, acceptance, eternal life, pride, vanity, turning evil into good. Probably my favorite meaning put together would be, "Peacocks are said to have the ability of eating poisonous plants without being affected by them. Because of that, they are synonimous with the great bodhisattvas. A bodhisattva is able to take delusions as the path toward liberation and transform the poisonous mind of ignorance, desire and hatred into the thought of enlightenment, which opens colorfully like the peacocks' tail." I LOVE IT.
I bought a new Paramore hoodie. Idk. Every time something new comes out, I gotta get it. It's so damn cute. It's inspired by the "That's What You Get" song, and it's got scribbles all around like you would in a notebook. Cutee stuff. I'm preparing myself for Fall / Winter now. :P
Well, I'm being lazy right now. I'm probably gonna go work out before I work my overnight shift tonight. Oh yeah, btw, Netflix is the best. I'm a sucker for movies, and I love being able to watch whatever/whenever I want. :D
Hello, my name is Calee. I may have the same interests as many others, but I'm really different.
I don't judge by looks or status. I get along with everybody, but I prefer to just associate with those who are open-minded and can really understand
who I am and where I came from. I have a good life living with my boyfriend Mark. He's the best boyfriend ever; he's intelligent, focused, and he takes the best care of me. One thing that everyone knows about me is that I LOVE DOGS. I don't
party much or get drunk whatsoever, but that doesn't stop me from having fun. I love food (who doesn't?), and I love sight-seeing, shopping, watching movies, singing, going to
amusement parks, or watching shows. These blogs should give you a hint of what life's like: BUSY! Work, school, dogs, Mark, and all that good junk.
