back, but I ended up really really liking it and I bought the DVD the other day. It's about this guy from India who decided to study abroad in New York, and after 2 years he goes back to India to meet his soon-to-be wife (arranged marriage). They both get married and end up moving back to New York. Their first son (Kal Penn--Yes, KUMAR! He's also a stoner in this movie too, how ironic) was named "Gogol", you know, after the writer. And basically the whole movie depicts their life coming to America, bringing their son/daughter into the world, and their experiences. GOOD stuff. I cried at the end. Touching.
